Yes, the smoothie needs to ...It was a great effort! Yes, the smoothie needs to be thick. My protein powder may have helped with this, but you could use two frozen bananas or extra fruit instead. I use coconut milk, which is pretty similar to Almond milk. Did you pour the second and third layer over a spoon? This helps to prevent it from falling down the middle of the smoothie.
